Notice of the suspension of flights from and to Da Nang from July 28 to August 11, 2020
In accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Transport and the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, in order to ensure the health of the community and prevent the epidemic, Vietjet suspends all flights from and to Da Nang from July 28 to August 11, 2020.
The airline has has implemented support plans for passengers affected by flight schedule changes due to COVID-19. Specifically, passengers are allowed to change flight schedules with new departure time before October 31, 2020 for 01 time free of charge and fare difference shall be charged (if any); or reserve the flights within 180 days; or refund within 90 days.
Vietjet has been keeping the safety and benefits of passengers as our highest priorities, strengthening the coordination of disease prevention, strictly controlling health check procedures for passengers and crews, following mandatory requirements of health declaration, wearing masks, etc. in accordance with all global supreme standards and recommendations from authorities, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in order to ensure absolute safety for all flights and quickly prevent the pandemic.
